As joining the system, the hotels or resorts need to register with us via our website: www.asiavoyage.net by filling in the information and accepting our policy and terms of use which is stated in brief below:

Register need to fill in all the necessary information about the hotels or resorts and picture via by the use of the registration form including cancellation policy and term of payment.

Room rate in the registration form must be the wholesale price between the hotels or resorts and Asia Voyage, not the sale rates.

Hoteliers need to fill in all room types including each room wholesale rate and number of room allotment, which Asia Voyage can confirm with the end clients without any further confirmation with the hotels or resorts.

Asia Voyage will send the confirmation via fax or e-mail to the hoteliers.

Both hoteliers and Asia Voyage need to sign a contract to accept the term of use and policy.
